By Registering with MachineShopSurplus.com you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Sellers

The seller is the owner or agent of the merchandise listed and in posession of the merchandise at time of listing.

The Seller is to hold to the terms of the listing including selling to the highest bidder when auctioning.

Descriptions of items may not be changed after a bid has been placed.

Listings may not be canceled or deleted after a bid has been placed.

Listing information shall include an accurate description, shipping policies, shipping fees and handling charges.

Buyers and Sellers shall contact each other within 3 days of end of auction or sale.

Sellers may not bid on their own auctions or request or use other members to bid on their auctions.

All listings are in US Dollars.

When listing auctions or fixed price sales Sellers may not solicit off-site sales.

Sellers must be 18 years or older and must be capable of forming legally biding contracts.

Sellers may not post items which would cause MachineShopSurplus.com to violate applicable laws, statutes, ordinances or regulations

Buyers

Descriptions and representations as to condition are solely the opinion of sellers - it is the responsiblity of Buyers to verify accuracy.

Buyers shall contact Sellers with any questions about listings before bidding.

Buyers are responsible to complete transactions at end of sale or auction.

Bids are not retractable.

All listings are in US Dollars.

Buyers must be 18 years or older and must be capable of forming legally biding contracts.

Conduct

Member registration is not available to anyone under 18 years or anyone not capable of forming legally biding contracts.

Member registration can be canceled by MachineShopSurplus.com at any time for misconduct including:

Bogus bidding or non payment.

Illegal, deceptive, abusive, innappropriate or unethical actions.

False identity or deceptive bidding

Uploading virus or anything interfering with operation of the website.

Solicitation of an off site sale of an auction or fixed price sale listing.

Disputes

Disputes are strictly between Buyers and Sellers. MachineShopSurplus.com assumes no liability for any damages caused to Buyer or Seller due to failure to complete a transaction, innaccurate descriptions or condition or any othe cause.

Indemnity

Buyers agree to dfend, indemnify and hold harmless MachineShopSurplus.com from and against all suits, costs and expenses for personal injury, death or property damage arising from the ownership or use of any items purchased on this website or purchased from a classified listing on this website.

Billing

MachineShopSurplus.com will bill Members credit card for accumulated fees on or about the first day of each month.

General

MachineShopSurplus.com has the discretion to add, delete or amend policies and services at any time.

MachineShopSurplus.com cannot be held liable for damages due to server malfunction.

MachineShopSurplus.com can delete innappropriate or illegal listings
